Jeffrey Byrnes is professional photographer/studio owner based in Holyoke Ma. Jeffrey is a Wedding and portrait photographer. Although his focus lays in giving his clients the most timeless and memorable photographs, his background in fine arts photography allows him to work within a multitude of styles ranging from fine arts, documentary to journalistic. Jeff co-owns True Resolution, (an up and coming photography studio) with Tim Lastowski. Jeff also owns Lenshare.com a photography blog. Jeff has been making photographs in and of Holyoke since 1999, when he began his first photography project in Holyoke for his photography class. His longest project was documenting the social and economical decline the city was in. As Jeffrey began to integrate himself into the city, network with some of the city's finest citizens, and launch his first studio, his project took on a radical change with a new focus in mind. Not to document a city in its decline, but to create a body of work that shows the city as it grows into a technologically diverse green city that is being urbanized by one of the worlds greatest tech/computer companies, Cisco.
